Our Final Thoughts and Advice:
While the TD-02K is Roland’s most affordable price point, for only $200 more you can get the TD-02KV which comes with the mesh snare ($240 value). LASTLY…if you really feel that you will eventually upgrade any component(s) of it such as getting all mesh toms, better cymbals, bigger mesh snare, a bass drum kick pad, adding bluetooth, etc, then you might consider just going ahead and purchasing one of these kits instead which give you these upgrades at a much better value::
